Refund policy

Refund Eligibility We want you to be happy with your Reusable Shoe Washing Laundry Bag. You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date if:

• the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
  
  

How to Request Email us at grixgearx@gmail.com with your order number and, for damaged/defective items, a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Change of Mind The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund (defective items are still covered above).
