Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Because your order is fulfilled through our supply and logistics partners, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days from the ship date, depending on your location and current carrier volume. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays If we anticipate your order will take longer than 30 days to arrive, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel for a full refund, in line with FTC shipping regulations.

Lost or Missing Packages If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, contact us at grixgearx@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
