Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard US shipping is free unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery

The current supplier estimate for the Smart Gua Sha is 8–15 days after dispatch. Other products normally arrive within 7–20 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier volume, weather, customs, or address issues can cause delays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when it becomes available. Tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement.

Delays and missing packages

If an order is expected to take longer than 30 days to arrive, we will contact you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund where applicable. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, or tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email grixgearx@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Address changes

Check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately if it needs to be changed; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.
